in the size range you are working… I have had better performance with APC props…
And if you need more blades for the restricted diameter…. they make 3 blades and you can always stack two 2 bladed props one in front of the other….

We are using APC props for our forward flight motor. As for the lift fans, we’ve actually just finished a redesign and we’ve significantly reduced the size and thrust requirements for this system. We’ll update the website with this new resizing soon!
and your verticals “Look” too small…. and thinner sections would prolly be better too… this is a low Rn operating aircraft… airfoils that are fatties are not the hot ticket….. Michael Selig has developed a veritable cornucopia of Low Rn sections… see
